We only collect the data we need to answer your enquiry or arrange your stay. We never sell it or add it to marketing lists.
Who processes your data

What we collect and why
Contact form: your name, e-mail, phone number and message. We use them solely to reply to your enquiry. Delivery is handled by the FormSubmit service, which forwards the message to our e-mail.
Booking a stay: data entered in the booking system is processed to conclude and fulfil the accommodation contract — in other words, to prepare your stay. On arrival we also record guest details in the guest book, as required by law.
Cookies and ad measurement
The website itself stores no tracking cookies. If Google Ads measurement is running, cookies are only set after you give consent in the bar at the bottom of the page — the measurement tells us whether our ads work, with Google acting as a processor. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
How long we keep data
We keep form correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry, at most one year. Booking and guest-book data is kept for the periods required by accounting and accommodation regulations.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to info@penzionkolkaren.sk. If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can contact the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.sk).
